Executive Director (I/C), State Health Systems Resource Centre (SHSRC), Maharashtra
Dr. Nitin Ambadekar is a senior public health expert with over 25 years of experience in the Public Health Department, Government of Maharashtra. He currently serves as Executive Director (I/C), SHSRC, providing strategic leadership in health policy, programme supervision, and health system strengthening. He has held key roles across district, divisional, and state levels and contributed significantly during the COVID-19 response. His work focuses on public health research, capacity building, monitoring, and evidence-based health system improvement in Maharashtra.
Dr. Sanjay Deshmukh

Dr. Sanjay Deshmukh is a public health expert and administrative leader with over three decades of experience in the Public Health Department. At SHSRC, she contributes to strengthening community processes including CBMP, RKS, VHNSCs, and ASHA, and is also involved in MIS data monitoring and research coordination.
