Dr. Nitin Ambadekar is a senior public health expert with over 25 years of experience in the Public Health Department, Government of Maharashtra. He currently serves as Executive Director (I/C), SHSRC, providing strategic leadership in health policy, programme supervision, and health system strengthening. He has held key roles across district, divisional, and state levels and contributed significantly during the COVID-19 response. His work focuses on public health research, capacity building, monitoring, and evidence-based health system improvement in Maharashtra.

Mrs. Mukta Gadgil is an Anthropologist with over 10 years of experience in public health and community processes. At SHSRC, she contributes to strengthening community processes including CBMP, RKS, VHNSCs, and ASHA, and is also involved in MIS data monitoring and research coordination.
